These Terms of Service govern your use of MTG Collector Pro, a fan-made Magic: The Gathering collection manager and marketplace. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your profile details current. Don't share your password or let others use your account.
You agree not to misuse the app — this includes attempting to access data you don't have permission for, abusing the marketplace (listing items you can't fulfill, misrepresenting condition, or fraudulent payments), scraping or overloading our services, or using the app for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You own the card data you enter into your collection. You can export it at any time via the CSV Export page. You're responsible for the accuracy of the cards, quantities, and conditions you record.
The Card Bazaar connects buyers and sellers. Sellers list cards and are responsible for fulfillment, condition accuracy, and their stated shipping and return policies. Buyers pay through Stripe at checkout. MTG Collector Pro facilitates listings and payments but isn't a party to the sale between users. Card Bazaar fees, if any, are disclosed at the point of sale.
Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current billing period except where required by law. A free trial is available once per account. We may adjust Pro features or pricing with reasonable notice.
Card data and prices come from third-party services (Scryfall, TCGplayer, Card Kingdom). Magic: The Gathering and related names are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast. This app isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of these parties. We're not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data.
The app is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MTG Collector Pro and its operators aren't liable for losses arising from use of the app — including data loss, pricing errors, or transaction disputes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, if any.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We'll notify users of significant changes in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
